Dementia Action Week 2024
This year, Dementia Action Week will run from 13-19 May. Each year organisations come together to raise awareness of dementia and the support which is available.

Healthwatch Rutland will be supporting a Dementia information event organised by the Uppingham Rotary Club and Uppingham Surgery Patient Participation Group:
Monday 13th May, 9:30am – 1pm, The Falcon Hotel, Uppingham
Come along for support, advice and signposting. More than a dozen organisations offering information and support will be there, and there are quiet areas where you can talk in private with support workers.

In addition to the kick-off Dementia Awareness event in Uppingham, there are local groups and support activities happening every day during Dementia Action Week from Time in Nature Walks to the Memory Cafe to an information stand in the CO-OP. Download the poster below for details!
