Every February as we approach the end of our financial year in March, we at Healthwatch Rutland start planning our work for the year ahead. We consider current health and social care programmes and issues both nationally and locally and we focus on themes emerging from the feedback, stories and issues that have been highlighted to us by the Rutland public.
