Flags are being flown at half mast in Rutland and Healthwatch Rutland joins the nation in mourning.
Healthwatch England Chair, Sir Robert Francis QC, and National Director, Louise Ansari, said:
"We are deeply saddened by the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, who served our nation with so much dignity and dedication during her long years of public service.
Her contribution will long be remembered, not least by the NHS patients and workers to whom she provided so much support during her reign.
On behalf of everyone at Healthwatch, we would like to express our deepest condolences to the Royal Family. Our thoughts and sympathy are with you. "
