Do you, or anyone you know have any concerns regarding memory or cognition issues, or are you caring for someone living with dementia?
We will be supporting an event organised by Rutland County Council to promote the services which are available to support people living with Dementia in Rutland.
Come along for tea, coffee, cake and a chat with a variety of local organisations including:
