LAMP, the mental health advocacy charity, is holding a new mental health carers’ group in Rutland this week – Thursday 18th July 10.30am -12.30pm at Rutland Community Hub, Lands’ End Way, Oakham.
It’s an opportunity to meet, socialise, and share experiences with other carers, find out about what services and advice are available AND benefit from a relaxation massage.
