Healthwatch Rutland is the consumer champion for everyone who uses, or has an interest in, local health and social care services in Rutland.
We are looking to recruit a Healthwatch Officer who can lead on gathering the views and experiences of the people in Rutland. In addition to experience of working with patients, users, carers and volunteers and partnership working, the post holder must be able to demonstrate that they can lead the organisation in meaningful engagement. The role will also require the post holder to support the Healthwatch Rutland Manager in ensuring that all local people are meaningfully involved to improve health and social care services and outcomes in Rutland.
This is a part-time role for 25 hours per week, salary £23000 pro rata.
