CQC and Healthwatch England Launch Because we all care Campaign

Everyone has different experiences of care - the CQC wants to hear feedback on health and social care from everyone. Tell them about your care to make sure services work better for us all.

The CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. They make sure health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve.

CQC's Because We All Care campaign, jointly launched with Healthwatch England, encourages more people to speak up and feedback about their or a loved one’s care. The campaign is supported by a coalition of partner organisations, including The Patients Association and the local Healthwatch network.

The CQC has just published new research that underlines the impact of lockdown measures on people who use health and social care services.

One of the most important ways to understand people's experience of services is by listening to their feedback.

The feedback people give helps health and social care services to improve. It can help make care better for everyone.

Whether your experience is good or bad, it’s valuable.

The CQC use it to keep track of the quality of care services provide. It can help them decide if they need to look more closely at a service or take action.

You can give feedback anonymously if you want to. But it’s especially helpful if we can contact you to check details or get more information about what you’ve told us.
